Who we are

VH Transfer & Tours is a private transfer and tour operator based in Santorini, Greece. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you book with us, why we need it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only what a transfer needs: your name, a way to reach you (email, phone or WhatsApp), your pick-up and drop-off points, date and time, number of passengers, and your flight or ferry number if you give it to us. If you ask for child seats we note the ages of the children.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payment is made in cash to the driver or by bank transfer arranged directly with us.

Why we hold it and for how long

The legal basis is the performance of the transport service you asked for. We keep booking messages for as long as needed to run the service and to answer questions afterwards, and no longer than is reasonable for our accounting obligations under Greek law.

Who else sees it

Nobody, except the driver performing your transfer and, where you contacted us through it, the messaging platform you chose (for example WhatsApp, which operates under its own privacy policy). We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our holding it. Write to us and we will act within one month. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
