Booking

A booking is confirmed when we reply to you by message, email or phone. No deposit is required. Prices quoted on this website are per vehicle, include VAT and tolls, and cover up to 3 passengers with standard luggage; each additional passenger is €5.

Waiting time

For airport and port pick-ups we monitor the arrival and include up to 60 minutes of waiting free of charge. Beyond that, waiting is charged by agreement, and we will always tell you before it applies.

Cancellation

Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full fare, at our discretion. Cancellations caused by cancelled flights or ferries are always free.

Luggage, children and pets

Each vehicle carries up to 8 passengers and 7 to 8 large suitcases. Child and booster seats are provided free of charge when requested in advance. Small pets travel in a carrier, agreed in advance.

Liability

Our vehicles are fully licensed and insured for passenger transport in Greece. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, strikes or other events outside our control, though we will always do our best to find a way around them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thira, Cyclades.
